Venatu is recruiting an experienced Service Advisor for a temp-to-perm opportunity within a busy automotive aftersales environment. This Service Advisor role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced dealership and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

As a Service Advisor, you will act as the key link between customers and the workshop. The Service Advisor will manage the full customer journey, ensuring a smooth service experience from initial check-in through to completion and follow-up. A successful Service Advisor will confidently advise customers on maintenance, repairs, and vehicle health checks while promoting aftersales products and services. The Service Advisor will work closely with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and customers are kept fully informed. As a Service Advisor, you will also manage bookings, courtesy cars, and daily service administration while supporting customer retention and upselling opportunities.

Working Hours

Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
1 in 4 Saturdays

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Confident upselling and customer retention focus
