Are you an experienced MET Technician looking to join a Bodyshop? We are currently looking for an experienced MET Tech to join a busy, manufacturer-approved automotive Bodyshop in Slough. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a modern repair centre, alongside a skilled team committed to delivering high quality vehicle repairs.
Your Responsibilities
- Remove and refit mechanical, electrical and trim components.
- Carry out vehicle strip and rebuild work following accident repairs.
- Diagnose and replace damaged vehicle components.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to manufacturer repair methods where applicable.
- Work closely with Panel Beaters and Paint Technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently.
- Maintain excellent quality standards and attention to detail throughout every repair.
What We're Looking For
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Vehicle Body Repair, MET, Light Vehicle Maintenance (or time-served equivalent).
- Previous experience as an MET Technician or Strip & Fit Technician within an accident repair centre or Bodyshop.
- Confident working with modern vehicle electrical and mechanical systems.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality repairs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
