Key responsibilities:
- Fabricate and assemble sheet metal components to required specifications
- Read and work from technical drawings and fabrication plans
- Measure, mark out, cut and shape sheet metal accurately
- Use appropriate hand tools, power tools and fabrication equipment
- Check finished components for quality, accuracy and conformity
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working area
- Work efficiently to meet production requirements and deadlines
Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience working as a Sheet Metal Fabricator or in a similar metal fabrication role
- Practical experience with sheet metal fabrication and assembly
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
