This is an excellent opportunity to lead a small but busy telesales operation, ensuring performance targets are achieved while maintaining exceptional standards of customer service, data accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
- What You\'ll Be Doing
- As Telesales Team Leader, you\'ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of a telesales team, ensuring individual and team performance meets business objectives.
• Your responsibilities will include
- Setting clear sales targets and performance objectives, monitoring progress, and providing regular feedback through one-to-one meetings and performance reviews.
- Monitoring productivity, and key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Supporting team members through coaching, training, and ongoing development to maximise performance.
- Managing and maintaining the company CRM system, ensuring customer information is accurate, up to date, and reporting is completed effectively.
- Investigating non-conformance issues, implementing corrective actions, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Reviewing existing processes and recommending improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.
- Producing regular performance reports and communicating results to senior management.
- What We\'re Looking For
- You\'ll be an experienced Telesales Team Leader, Sales Supervisor, or Contact Centre Team Leader with a passion for developing people and delivering results.
• You\'ll also have
- Previous experience leading a telesales or contact centre team.
- Proven experience setting, monitoring, and achieving sales KPIs and performance targets.
- Strong coaching and people management skills, including conducting one-to-one meetings and performance reviews.
- Experience monitoring call quality and using performance data to drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- A proactive approach to identifying performance improvements and implementing effective solutions.
- A solid understanding of compliance, quality standards, and regulatory requirements within a telesales environment.
