Job Title: Dealerpoint Manager / Aftermarket Manager

Job Type: Full time, permanent

Salary: OA £65000 per year + bonus + Company Car

Location: Manchester

We are happy to share an exciting opportunity to join an industry leading commercial fleet business as an Aftermarket Manager / Dealerpoint Manager.

Do you have a strong management background within the Commercial Vehicle sector?

Are you able to create a workplace environment and culture that allows staff to excel in their roles?

Do you have a good understanding of current legislation, industry processes and practices within the Commercial vehicle sector; including how to manage budgets, KPIs, efficiency levels, technician productivity, cost and people management. The ability to negotiate effectively and have exceptional customer facing skills.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Dealerpoint / Aftersales / Business Manager from the Commercial fleet sector to drive the business forward. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of managing a large depot / workshop /dealerpoint including its people and all facilities and act as the main point of contact for customers and suppliers attending the site.

You will be IT literate with a good understanding of MS packages and ideally be conversant with GDS.
