The Opportunity
Mindflick is hiring a Sales Executive to join our growth team at a pivotal stage of our scaling journey. This is a full-cycle, early-career sales role where you will develop into a high-performing commercial professional. You will work across inbound and outbound, run discovery conversations, deliver product demonstrations, and build the capability to close deals independently. You will be supported closely by an experienced, hands-on Head of Growth and a team that takes development seriously. You won’t be thrown into complex enterprise deals alone from day one, but you will be given the exposure, coaching, and responsibility to grow into that space quickly. This is a genuine career-maker role. You are selling a product with clear product-market fit, live clients, strong deal values, and a story that resonates at the highest level.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Generating new opportunities through targeted outbound activity
- Qualifying and responding to inbound enquiries from high-quality prospects
- Running discovery calls to understand business challenges, team dynamics, and commercial drivers
- Building and managing pipeline using HubSpot
- Progressing deals with discipline, structure, and urgency
- Supporting and closing commercial deals, with senior input where needed
- Collaborating on larger, more strategic opportunities as you develop
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year in a B2B commercial role (sales, recruitment, partnerships, events, SaaS, or similar)
- Comfortable speaking with clients and asking thoughtful, structured questions
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Commercial curiosity and a desire to understand real business problems
- Confidence to engage senior stakeholders without overcompensating
- A proactive, self-starting approach to pipeline generation
- Organised and disciplined in managing activity and follow-ups
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, scaling environment
- A genuine interest in performance, psychology, leadership, or behaviour change
Why Mindflick
At Mindflick, we don’t just talk performance, we live it! You’ll join a high-trust, high-challenge team that invests in development, works closely with experienced leaders, and sells a proven product with real market credibility. This is a chance to build your career in a business that is already trusted by organisations like Amazon, J.P. Morgan, Salesforce, and NatWest Group.
Compensation
This is not a speculative OTE. You will be selling a proven platform with established clients, strong credibility, and a commercial model that supports meaningful deal sizes. If you are looking for a role where you can accelerate your career, work with globally recognised organisations, and learn how high performance really works, this is it.
