Salary: £90,000 - £100,000 base + £70,000 OTE

We’re supporting a fast-growing organisation that is expanding its product portfolio and launching a new, high-impact platform. They’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to work closely with senior leadership – including the Product Director and Chief Product & Technology Officer – to define the future roadmap and accelerate product development.

What You’ll Do
As Senior Product Manager, you’ll focus on a newly created digital product, collaborating closely with sales and engineering. Your responsibilities will include:
- Own and develop the product roadmap
- Optimise customer journeys and experience
- Use data and technology to shape new features and drive growth
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define product direction
- Influence cross‑functional teams and champion customer‑centric product thinking
Success in this role requires resilience, confidence, and the ability to manage and influence C‑suite and senior stakeholders.

To be successful as the Senior Product Manager, you’ll need to have:
- Strong experience as a Senior Product Manager within a SaaS environment working with sales and engineering
- Experience owning and developing complex, user‑facing productsAbility to manage external partners while maintaining a customer‑first mindset
- A confident, influential approach to working with senior stakeholders
