You’ll be joining a hyper-growth AI company at true breakout stage, with the chance to shape how the SDR function evolves. You’ll work directly on enterprise accounts from day one, engaging senior stakeholders across global brands.
This high-performing commercial team is expanding in London and hiring multiple SDRs. If you thrive in outbound environments, enjoy ownership, and want real influence early in your career, this is an opportunity to join at a pivotal moment.
This business is building software designed for how companies operate in an AI-first world — helping organisations understand how they appear across AI platforms and, crucially, how to take action to improve performance. With backing from leading investors and a highly experienced founding team spanning both commercial and technical backgrounds, the business is now expanding rapidly across EMEA.
For someone who wants to work at the intersection of AI, data, and enterprise sales, this is a unique opportunity. This is a pure outbound role, focused on building pipeline across mid-market and enterprise accounts (3,000+ employees). You’ll be targeting senior stakeholders including marketing and commercial leadership, using creative, strategic outreach rather than high-volume activity.
You’ll also be part of shaping messaging, testing new approaches, and contributing to how the team scales — ideal for someone who wants impact, not just activity.
- Run personalised outbound campaigns across email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Build pipeline through strategic prospecting and multi-threading accounts
- Run A/B testing on messaging and outreach to improve performance
- Contribute ideas to outreach strategy and continuous improvement
Experience in an SDR/BDR or high-performance sales role (typically 6–18 months+). Interest in AI, technology, or enterprise sales. High-potential candidates from other sales backgrounds (e.g. estate agency) or strong graduates with evidence of drive are also encouraged to apply.
Early access to enterprise sales and senior stakeholders. Hands-on leadership with real involvement in deals and development. Environment: High-performance, ambitious, and collaborative.
This is the chance to join a company at the intersection of AI, enterprise sales, and rapid growth — where SDRs are given real ownership, real exposure, and a genuine path to progress.
