A dynamic Finnish Martech company is seeking an ambitious Sales Development Representative to join their rapidly growing team. This is a hyper growth Series A SaaS company looking for superstars to help grow their customer base. Their platform is on a mission to make sure their clients continuously convert their visitors to customers. Their technology helps businesses capture individuals viewing their website and through a mix of AI, chatbots and analytics - enables them to turn them into opportunities and customers. Their conversational AI ensures that the right message reaches potential customers at the critical moment, guiding them through their decision-making process and ultimately turning them into satisfied customers. They have 800+ customers using the tool across all industries and minimal competition in the market.
You will be working for an already successful, growing business with a strong pipeline and high close rate already in the market - meaning this is an opportunity for a driven candidate to come in & build on their success. We are seeking hungry candidates with a desire to kickstart their career in tech sales at a rocketship. The primary focus of the role is to use a multichannel outbound approach with the aim of booking demos for the sales team. This is the perfect opportunity for candidates keen to grow and progress fast by delivering on results with the right attitude. The SDR will have a greenfield opportunity already garnering huge amounts of attention in the market. Successful candidates will be able to learn and develop from a lean structure with lots of exposure to the impressive co-founders and will be on track for promotion to a 360 sales role within Y1. You will be working remotely but in a collaborative company of around 65 people.
