We are on the hunt for a Product Marketing Manager to join a high‑growth AI software business as their first ever PMM hire. This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to join at a pivotal stage of growth and build the product marketing function from the ground up. You’ll have full ownership over how the product is positioned, how the story is told to the market, and how Sales are enabled to win. You’ll sit closely with Product, while partnering day‑to‑day with Sales and Marketing - making this role perfect for someone who wants real influence, visibility, and impact in a fast‑moving scale‑up environment.
As the Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Owning product positioning and messaging end‑to‑end
- Shaping the go‑to‑market narrative and market story
- Creating high‑impact sales enablement materials (collateral, talk tracks, decks)
- Supporting competitive positioning and market differentiation
- Working cross‑functionally with Product, Sales and Marketing
- Helping lay the foundations for a scalable product marketing function as the business grows
All you need to be successful as the Product Marketing Manager is:
- Around 2-4 years’ experience in Product Marketing role within a SaaS B2B environment with a strong brand presence.
- Innovative, want to think outside the box, proactive and happy to roll your sleeves up
- Commercially minded with strong storytelling instincts
- Curious about AI, market trends and changing buyer behaviour
- We can consider strong B2C / brand marketing background with excellent positioning and narrative skills
