Half of this company’s new business growth now comes from EMEA. They’re hiring a Senior AE to take more of it. £120k OTE, uncapped. UK hybrid.

Our client is the category leader in its space: a scaled Saa S business approaching $60M in revenue, powering the digital presence of thousands of agencies, Saa S partners and brands.

If you sell to agencies or into marketing teams today, you already speak the buyer’s language.

You’ll run your own pipeline, close €20k-€200k deals and work for a manager who still sells and trusts you to get on with it.

  • 3 reasons this is a great opportunity
  • 1. Real momentum in EMEA. EMEA drives half of new business growth and leadership is investing heavily in the region, which puts you at the centre of the growth story.
  • 2.

A leader who still sells.

Your manager carries deals himself, travels to see customers and leads the global BDR team.

He’s focused on outcomes, so you’re treated as a peer with the freedom to run your own pipeline.

No micromanagement.

  • 3.

Earn properly from day one.

A 3-month ramp on full commission, uncapped earnings and a real track record of promoting from within.

Plus direct access to the CEO and CTO, regular EMEA event travel and global sales kickoffs in the US.

The role

You’ll own the full sales cycle for new business across EMEA and APAC, selling a category‑leading web platform to digital agencies, Saa S partners and marketing‑led brands.

It’s agency-facing Saa S at scale, in a market being reshaped by AI.

  • Close €20k-€200k deals with 3 to 6 month sales cycles
  • Build most of your own pipeline through outbound to CEOs and senior decision-makers
  • Hold around 20 customer meetings a month to create around 5 new opportunities
  • Work with solution engineers on technical and AI conversations
  • Partner with the BDR team and help them develop
  • Represent the business at events across EMEA

About you

  • 2+ years closing Saa S - 2+ months sales cycles
  • Technical confidence, comfortable discussing integrations, infrastructure and AI
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to build a business case
  • A self-managing approach, comfortable with global hours across EMEA and APAC
  • The package
  • £72,000 base + £48,000 uncapped commission (£120,000 OTE)
