We are an award-winning digital agency working with businesses across the UK to deliver custom web and app development, eCommerce solutions, AI development, and bespoke software. Established for nearly two decades, we have built a strong reputation for quality, long-term client relationships, and genuine commercial results. We are now looking for a driven Growth Executive to join our commercial team and play a meaningful role in how we grow.
We are looking for someone who can think, research, and engage at a senior level with potential clients. You will identify the right businesses, understand their challenges, and open conversations in a way that is consultative and intelligent rather than scripted and transactional. You will attend client meetings alongside our commercial team, contribute to how we position our services, and build relationships that lay the groundwork for long-term partnerships.
Within six months, the expectation is that you will be progressing into a full sales role, taking ownership of your own pipeline and closing deals yourself. This is a genuine development path, not a vague promise.
What we are looking for:
- You will need at least 18 months of outbound prospecting experience, ideally in a B2B environment.
- You should be comfortable researching prospects, crafting outreach, and having real conversations with decision-makers.
- Experience selling digital, technology, or agency services would be a plus but is not essential.
- More important is your ability to think about a prospect's world and frame a conversation around their needs rather than your pitch.
- You should be happy coming to visit our HQ in Tunbridge Wells once per week for team meetings and attending client meetings in person when needed.
- This is a team that enjoys working together and values face-to-face relationships, both internally and with clients.
What you will be doing:
- Identifying and researching target businesses that would benefit from our services.
- Reaching out across multiple channels with thoughtful, tailored messaging.
- Qualifying opportunities and booking meetings for yourself and the wider commercial team.
- Attending client meetings and contributing to how we present our capabilities.
- Building your knowledge of the agency's services so you can have credible, informed conversations.
- Working towards closing your own deals as you develop into a sales role.
The package:
GBP 40,000 - 45,000 base salary with GBP 20,000 on-target commission. A structured development plan with a clear route to a full sales position within six months.
If you are hungry, curious, and want to grow into a commercial career at a company doing genuinely interesting work, we would like to hear from you.
