Why this role is a game-changer

  • Be the 6th hire. Join at a pivotal moment where your impact is immediate, visible, and foundational.

  • Accelerate your career. Move quickly into full AE and future senior commercial roles.
  • Work side-by-side with founders. Help shape how transformative tech reaches a sector that genuinely needs it.
  • Thrive in a mission-driven team. Ownership, momentum, and continuous learning are built into the culture.

What this startup is building:

  • Represent the company at sector events and networking opportunities across the UK.

Who we’re looking for

You’re ambitious, commercially minded, and eager to accelerate your sales career in tech. You’ll likely have:

  • 1–3 years’ experience in SaaS sales — ideally as an SDR, BDR, or Junior AE .
  • Proven success in closing smaller deals or contributing to full-cycle sales.
  • Experience selling into regulated sectors (e.g., HealthTech, GovTech, EdTech, or similar) is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication and discovery skills, with a consultative, problem-solving mindset.
  • Energy, resilience, and a genuine desire to make an impact in a fast-scaling mission-led startup.

If you’re ready to play a meaningful part in a high velocity AI start up this could be the growth path you’re looking for.
