What you’ll do
As a Junior AE, you’ll be embedded in the engine room of growth:
- Own inbound and qualified opportunities through the full sales cycle — discovery to close.
- Build strong relationships with prospects, understand their challenges, and deliver compelling demos.
- Work hand-in-hand with SDRs to generate new pipeline and identify new revenue.
- Feed insights directly to product and marketing to sharpen positioning and messaging.
- Represent the company at sector events and networking opportunities across the UK.
Who we’re looking for
You’re ambitious, commercially minded, and eager to accelerate your sales career in tech. You’ll likely have:
- 1–3 years’ experience in SaaS sales — ideally as an SDR, BDR, or Junior AE.
- Proven success in closing smaller deals or contributing to full-cycle sales.
- Experience selling into regulated sectors (e.g., HealthTech, GovTech, EdTech, or similar) is a strong plus.
- Strong communication and discovery skills, with a consultative, problem-solving mindset.
- Energy, resilience, and a genuine desire to make an impact in a fast-scaling mission-led startup.
