Head of SDR Recruitment — Build and Lead a High-Performing Recruitment Business Unit This is an opportunity to take ownership of Venatrix’s SDR recruitment division: a market-leading brand with 10 years in the space, a strong inbound sales funnel, and a proven record of developing recruiters into exceptional business leaders.

You’ll join at a pivotal point.

Initially, you’ll bill and lead delivery team, while shaping the foundations for a much larger business unit.

The role is designed to progress into second-line leadership and, ultimately, Managing Director responsibility as the team and customer base grow.
