Daily tasks include qualifying leads, engaging new prospects, supporting business development initiatives, and using CRM automation. You’ll help deliver core solutions such as AI-powered note taking, care pathway tools, and automated documentation, alongside advanced analytics for service providers.

Office‑based working (4–5 days per week) with occasional flexibility is standard, and you’ll work in a supportive environment known for daily team lunches and open, engaged leadership. Training is offered, including sector‑specific knowledge—no prior experience in care required.

Salary for the role is a competitive £50,000 base, with on‑target earnings up to £85,000. Progression is fast, with pathways to senior commercial roles, especially suited for ambitious SDRs keen on scale‑up momentum.
