What You’ll Be Doing

  • Qualifying inbound leads from marketing to drive sales pipeline.
  • Running targeted outbound outreach to ideal customer profiles.
  • Booking meetings for Account Executives and getting exposure to full sales cycle.
  • Working closely with marketing and sales leadership to continually improve outreach strategies.
  • Using HubSpot/CRM to track activity and performance metrics.

What We’re Looking For

  • 6–12 months experience in a B2B SDR or business development role (ideally SaaS or Tech).
  • Confident communicator who loves starting conversations and asking smart questions.
  • Coachable and growth-minded – you want to learn, improve, and step up to AE soon.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven sales environment.
