About the Company
This company is an AI-powered identity resolution platform that enables brands to better recognise and engage their customers. Most retailers operate with a major blind spot — up to 95% of website visitors are anonymous (not logged in, outside cookie windows, or browsing across devices). This limits their ability to personalise experiences and drive conversions. The platform solves this by identifying significantly more of those visitors and activating them through owned channels like email and SMS — unlocking meaningful revenue growth and first-party data. The MarTech industry is predicted to be worth 1.6 TRILLION dollars, and the E-commerce industry has grown over 7000% in the last 12 years. The company is a market leader in this already booming space.
The Role
The company is hiring high-calibre Business Development Associates (also called BDRs/SDRs) to build new enterprise pipeline across UK and European retail and travel. This role sits at the centre of a sophisticated, partner-led go-to-market motion. You’ll work directly with experienced Business Development Directors (BDDs) to break into complex enterprise accounts and generate high-quality opportunities. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying senior stakeholders within some of the world’s most recognisable brands — helping initiate deals that ultimately drive significant revenue impact.
The Tech
The company is a marketing technology business that specializes in helping brands deliver highly personalised experiences across digital channels. Their services focus on driving customer engagement, increasing conversion rates, and maximising revenue through tailored email, SMS, and website experiences. They are at the forefront of the new era of performance marketing. Key offerings include:
- Triggered Communications: Tools to send real-time, automated emails or text messages based on user activity.
- On-Site Personalisation: Tailored website experiences like product recommendations or offers.
- Revenue Attribution and Reporting: Analytics to track campaign impact.
The company primarily serves e-commerce, retail, and direct-to-consumer brands. Clients include Kurt Geiger, Clarks, Iconic London, Clarins, Uniqlo.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building new pipeline across enterprise retail and travel accounts in the UK & Europe
- Conducting deep research into companies, market trends, and buying groups
- Mapping multi-threaded stakeholders across marketing, CRM, and digital teams
- Designing highly personalised outbound strategies tailored to each account
- Executing multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, events, direct mail)
- Leveraging partner channels including Salesforce, Klaviyo, Braze, and Adobe
- Collaborating closely with BDDs to progress opportunities through the full enterprise sales cycle
- Contributing to strategic deal execution and gaining exposure to complex, multi-stakeholder sales
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years experience in a BDR/SDR or similar client-facing role (e.g. sales, recruitment, commercial roles)
- Not a graduate role — candidates should be able to hit the ground running
- Highly articulate communicator with strong commercial awareness
- Process-driven but creative in approach to outreach
- Confident engaging senior stakeholders
- Coachable, proactive, and comfortable operating in a high-performance environment
- Strong ownership mindset and willingness to bring ideas
