The Role As an Account Executive , you’ll own the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery to demo and close. You’ll sell into schools, multi-academy trusts, and educational organisations, helping them adopt a best-in-class SaaS CRM that’s setting new standards in the market.
You’ll work closely with marketing and product teams to shape go-to-market messaging, identify new opportunities, and play a key role in driving early-stage growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full 360 sales cycle – from lead generation to close.
- Conduct demos, manage pipelines, and build trusted relationships with clients.
- Sell into Education (schools, academies, trusts) and expand into new markets.
- Work collaboratively with marketing, product, and leadership to refine strategy.
- Hit and exceed sales targets in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
Requirements
- Proven success as an Account Executive, BDM, or 360 Salesperson .
- Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or RecTech sales preferred.
- Backgrounds in recruitment or education sales welcome.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ambitious, driven, and motivated by earning potential.
