The Role
We are seeking an Enterprise Account Development Representative to work on the USA market. This means your working hours will be midday until 8pm UK time. You will be joining a team of 7 existing ADRs, reporting directly to our global ADR manager. Your mission is to identify and qualify potential clients, creating new business opportunities for our enterprise sales team.
What You Will Do
- Conduct in-depth research on target accounts and decision-makers
- Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns, including LinkedIn, email, and phone
- Develop personalised messaging based on prospect personas and goals
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive targeted account strategies
- Continuously refine your approach through A/B testing and performance analysis
