A global private equity–backed financial services brokerage is seeking a Finance Manager (M&A Post-Deal) with 5–8 years of experience to support its European post-acquisition M&A activities, including business plan development, ongoing valuation, and integration.
Key Responsibilities- Support the full lifecycle of post-acquisition integration including:
- Programme design and development
- Valuation analysis
- Implementation and ongoing administration
- Performance tracking and vesting processes
- Contribute to the execution of M&A transactions
- Support investment case preparation and financial evaluation
- Assist with post-acquisition integration and performance tracking
- Support governance processes and pipeline management
- Perform detailed financial analysis and valuation work
- Build and maintain financial models
- Prepare internal documentation, reports, and presentation materials
- Strong quantitative and analytical capability, particularly in financial modelling
- Solid understanding of financial statements, forecasting, and projections
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Professional fluency in English; additional European languages are advantageous
