Title: Finance Manager (January starter required)

Venator Search is partnered with a leading Financial Services Broker seeking to hire a Finance Manager within Group Finance. In this role, you will manage a small offshore team and oversee the delivery of legal entity reporting, including financial reporting, financial planning, and budgeting cycles.
Responsibilities
- Manage legal entity reporting for legal entities and treasury companies.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting cycles.
- Support financial planning and analysis throughout the budgeting cycle.
- Apply strong technical knowledge across financial instruments, intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and share movements.
- Leverage team leadership experience to deliver high-quality statutory reporting.
The Candidate
- Qualified Accountant (ACA or CA)
- Trained in Audit, ideally within the Big Four
- Hands‑on experience in financial reporting, general ledger, consolidation systems, IFRS 9 intercompany transactions, investments/dividends, and valuations.
- Strong technical foundation in IFRS and UK GAAP, with the ability to apply standards effectively in practice.
This is a permanent position, but it requires a start date in early January. Only candidates who can meet this timeline will be considered.
