An international financial services broker is seeking a Finance Manager to take responsibility for financial control across a complex, multi-entity business with an EMEA focus.
The role covers financial control, cash flow reporting and forecasting, legal entity reporting, statutory accounts, management reporting, budgeting and forecasting. Working closely with senior finance leadership, you will ensure robust financial control while supporting the business with accurate and timely financial information.
Responsibilities
- Cash flow reporting, forecasting and working capital management.
- Financial control across multiple legal entities, including statutory reporting and audit.
- Production of monthly management accounts and management reporting.
- Budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
- Balance sheet control, reconciliations and complex accounting matters.
- Maintaining and improving financial controls, processes and reporting.
- Supporting finance change initiatives and cross-functional projects.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in financial control within a multi-entity organisation.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge, including statutory reporting and legal entity control.
- Experience of cash flow reporting and forecasting.
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders across finance and the wider business.
- A hands-on approach with the ability to take ownership of responsibilities and deliver to deadlines.
