Venator Search are partnered with a market leading Financial Services Broker and assisting them in their search for a Valuations Associate to join the highly acquisitive firm with significant exposure to the Board, C-Suite and institutional investors.

Responsibilities

• Quarterly reporting packs for external investors
• Updating financial models in line with growth initiatives, acquisitions and new business lines
• Preparing and reviewing documentation for Strategy Committee and Board approval
• Driving continuous improvement in processes, systems, and reporting accuracy
• Acting as a key point of contact for investors and senior stakeholders

Qualifications

• A background in Business Valuations ideally from a consultancy or big four
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• The ability to translate complex financial information into clear insights for senior stakeholders
• A detail-oriented and proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
• Strong communication skills and confidence in working closely with senior leadership
