Venator Search is partnered with a leading Financial Services consultancy to recruit a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to support a high-profile global division. This role works closely with senior leadership and the Executive Committee to drive performance, decision-making, and growth.
Working as part of a wider Group Business Partnering team, your key deliverables will include:
- Business Partnering & Commercial Support
- Partner with senior leadership to provide insight, challenge, and support decision-making
- Analyse performance, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support strategic initiatives through financial modelling and business cases
- Own the monthly close, delivering accurate management accounts
- Manage P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, ensuring strong financial controls
- Support audit processes and act as the escalation point for financial issues
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
- Produce clear finance packs and enhance KPIs and reporting
- Ensure alignment with Group finance standards and governance
The Candidate:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, CA, CIMA, ACCA)
- Experience in Business Partnering within a large, complex business
- Strong financial reporting background
