This is an analytical PPC specialist role, delivering high performing campaigns across Google Ads and other paid platforms. This is very much a hands-on analytical role where you will be responsible for the full campaign lifecycle, planning, structuring and launching, through to day-to-day optimisation and performance analysis.
In this role, you will work closely with Account Managers and channel specialists, contributing data-driven strategy and actionable insight to improve ROI. This will also entail supporting wider tracking, reporting and forecasting which will evolve how they use data to scale overall performance.
The position will suit someone who is analytical but also someone that thrives on working closely with clients - you will perform detailed data analysis and will require strong platform knowledge across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads as well as having experience of building and managing campaigns, working with significant and large budgets.
Experience:- Digital Agency experience and PPC specialist experience.
- Previous experience taking ownership of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads performance across Search, Pmax, Display and YouTube with a focus on building campaigns and managing large budgets.
- Experience with building campaigns from scratch - the interview process is such that you will need to present your analysis.
- Define KPI's based on budget, previous performance and business context.
- Write or manage ad-scripts to look at performance issues, monitor what is happening and diagnose underperformance.
- Technical skills such as Excel and MySQL will be required.
- Able to support client meetings with a clear narrative and able to discuss performance trends and translate analytical findings into commercial recommendations.
