Want to join a growing purpose-led successful eco-friendly startup as it disrupts an industry for the better? We are a young successful British company providing the highest quality, eco-friendly and beautifully designed promotional products to UK businesses. We are a responsible, digital-native challenger brand, changing the world by giving businesses a better alternative to wasteful promotional spend: our retail-quality, reusable products are built to last and delight. Our ambition is to become the world’s leading provider of high-quality, eco-friendly promotional items — replacing the staggering volume of low-quality plastic giveaways produced each year. We’re building a team of world-class, remote-first professionals, empowered to do the best work of their careers while making a meaningful dent in global CO2 emissions.
The Head of Supply Chain & Fulfilment is a senior, hands-on leadership role at a pivotal stage of our growth. Reporting directly to the directors, you’ll take full ownership of how our supply chain and fulfilment function performs day to day — and how it scales for the future. This role is about end-to-end accountability: ensuring our suppliers, partners, systems, and internal team consistently deliver excellent service, strong margins, positive impact, and a delightful customer experience as the business grows. You’ll be responsible for building a resilient, efficient operation that supports ambitious growth while remaining commercially disciplined and continuously improving.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Owning and leading the supply chain and fulfilment function, ensuring consistent performance, reliability, and scalability
- Managing and developing a small in-house team, setting clear expectations, KPIs, and a strong culture of ownership and accountability
- Building and maintaining strong, professional relationships with key external partners and suppliers
- Taking full responsibility for operational performance, stock, costs, and risk within your remit, working closely with directors on planning and decision-making
- Ensuring issues are handled decisively and end to end, with a focus on fast resolution, learning, and long-term improvement
- Designing and maintaining clear processes and systems that reduce complexity, minimise errors, and support growth
- Providing concise, meaningful reporting and insight to leadership, supporting better commercial and operational decisions
- Preparing the operation for future growth by improving resilience, forecasting, and capacity planning
- Contributing to broader business decisions through market awareness, operational insight, and cross-functional collaboration
This is a role for someone who enjoys combining operational excellence, commercial thinking, people leadership, and systems improvement, with real ownership and influence over how a growing business performs.
