Key Responsibilities
  • Win new business across your region through direct outreach and site visits
  • Speak with companies about their equipment and asset finance needs
  • Use your existing network to identify and approach new opportunities
  • Build strong relationships that lead to repeat and referral business
  • Present tailored finance options that help customers purchase assets and machinery
  • Manage the full sales process from first contact to deal completion
  • Keep accurate notes and pipeline updates in the CRM system
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity
  • Represent the company at trade shows and networking events
Skills & Experience
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience with existing relationships in one or more of the listed sectors
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills with consultative selling ability
  • Confident managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Skilled in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated, independent, and structured in approach
