You will be responsible for driving new business by introducing finance solutions to UK SMEs. This includes engaging decision-makers, understanding funding requirements, and positioning invoice finance products as effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and lead follow-up
- Speak with businesses about cashflow and funding needs
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent activity
- Develop long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals
- Manage the full sales process from initial contact to deal completion
- Accurately update CRM systems with activity, notes, and pipeline progress
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Proven experience in B2B business development environment
- Invoice finance experience
- Experience selling financial products, funding solutions, or finance-related services highly advantageous
- Confident communicator with strong objection-handling skills
