Key Responsibilities
- Win new business across your region through direct outreach and site visits
- Speak with companies about their equipment and asset finance needs
- Use your existing network to identify and approach new opportunities
- Build strong relationships that lead to repeat and referral business
- Present tailored finance options that help customers purchase assets and machinery
- Manage the full sales process from first contact to deal completion
- Keep accurate notes and pipeline updates in the CRM system
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity
- Represent the company at trade shows and networking events
Skills & Experience
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience with existing relationships in one or more of the listed sectors
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with consultative selling ability
- Confident managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Skilled in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated, independent, and structured in approach
