Technical Support Consultant – Broadcast/Media – Warrington If the following job requirements and experience match your skills, please ensure you apply promptly. We are working with a leading creative video technology company that provides innovative products to the broadcast, post-production, and AV industries. They are hiring for three exciting technical support roles , all based at their office in Warrington 1. Live Production Support Support users of production switchers and broadcast products. Assist with troubleshooting, installation, and configuration. Ideal for candidates with live production experience and knowledge of video encoding, bit rates, and workflows. 2. Post Production Support Consultant Provide technical support on video post-production products. Ideal for those with a background in editing, grading, effects, and streaming. Familiarity with IT, computer systems, and video hardware/software is beneficial. 3. Camera User Support Support users of professional cinema and video cameras. Requires knowledge of camera technology, lenses, RAW codecs, and editing software. Hands-on skills with camera maintenance and repairs are an advantage.
