An exciting opportunity has arisen for a junior lawyer to join one of our clients as a Commercial Contract specialist. This is an opportunity to work in innovative new ways for one of the UK's best loved and most iconic media brands.
You will be responsible for delivering excellent legal services and insightful data to support the client by using a combination of legal, technological and operational specialists to define a new standard for best practice.
The work will be to manage all of the commercial contracts requirements (which will encompass commercial contracts, technology and outsourcing agreements, third party supplier arrangements and other contracts relating to its business operations). You will also be responsible for working with a team of lawyers and paralegals as well as working directly with business partners.
The opportunity will be ideal for a junior lawyer who are looking to take the next step in their career or someone looking to make their first move In House.
You will have the flexibility of being able to work from one of the head offices based in Glasgow but Remote working will also be considered.
You will be NQ – 2 PQE and ideally have expeirence of commercial contracts, this can be from an In House or private practice setting.
