We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Litigator to join our in-house legal team, on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and proactive litigator to handle a broad range of property-related disputes within a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of property litigation matters
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, correspondence, and settlement agreements
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations
- Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to provide seamless client service
- Stay abreast of developments in property and litigation law
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor or barrister in England and Wales
- Minimum 3 - 5 years’ PQE with a strong background in property litigation
- Property and leasehold experience
- Experience in both residential and commercial property disputes
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage cases independently
- Dynamic individual with a highly proactive approach
- Solution-focused
- Experience in general commercial disputes
- Strong in person negotiations skills required
