Key tasks will include: Delivering practical training sessions to our installer and dealer partners in our new dedicated Training Facilities Creating local online training modules and live webinars based on the VELUX Academy training policy, ensuring all activity is aligned with company strategy Coordinating, planning, and facilitating trainings for different groups of professionals in agreement with sales teams, customers, etc., and taking responsibility for all practical arrangements Participating in training demonstration videos for full installations, typical on-site issues, and fault finding Managing administration related to training used for tracking and evaluation This is a field-based role , and you will be based in Manchester, UK with expected 15-20 travel days per year to visit and deliver training sessions at customers’ locations and for internal VELUX meetings and events.
