We are expanding our truck airspring distribution into the European Union. We seek an experienced sales professional with strong truck parts experience and established relationships with wholesalers and distributors.
Language Requirements
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Fluency in at least one of the following is required: German, Italian, Polish, Romanian, Spanish, French, or Dutch
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and manage high-volume distributors across the EU
- Present technical catalog, negotiate terms, and onboard new partners
- Attend trade fairs such as Automechanika Frankfurt
- Monitor competitor pricing and market positioning
- Manage compliance and customer documentation needs
Required Experience
- 3–7 years in truck parts or heavy-duty aftermarket sales (ABSOLUTE MUST)
- Existing network in EU aftermarket (strong advantage)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to manage complex relationships across multiple countries
Commission Structure
- 4–6% depending on volume
- +1% quarterly target bonus
