As a Lead Hand/Ganger at Velta Construction, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of a construction crew. - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide a construction team.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and a commitment to promoting a safe working environment.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with team members, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
