As our client portfolio continues to grow, we’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to take ownership of key client relationships and help drive both exceptional service delivery and sustainable account growth. This is a pivotal role that sits between Account Manager and Account Director, ideal for someone ready to step up, influence strategy, and play a bigger role in shaping how we serve our clients.
What you’ll do:
- Acting as the strategic lead and main point of contact for a portfolio of key client accounts
- Building strong, long-term client relationships based on trust, insight and delivery
- Overseeing the delivery of projects and retainers to agreed scope, timelines and budgets
- Identifying and driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities across your accounts
- Collaborating with internal teams and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality reports, proposals and strategic recommendations
- Supporting account planning, forecasting and commercial performance alongside the Client Experience Director
- Championing consistent use of the agency’s sales playbook and HubSpot processes
- Providing informal mentorship and guidance to Account Managers
- Delivering clear, confident performance updates and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
- You’re a confident, commercially aware account professional who enjoys owning relationships and being accountable for outcomes.
- You’re comfortable juggling multiple accounts, navigating complexity, and spotting opportunities others might miss.
- You’ll likely have:
- Proven experience managing and growing client accounts within an agency or similar environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including senior client contacts
- A solid understanding of digital delivery, reporting and performance metrics
- Commercial confidence
- Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot ideally) and structured sales processes
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support and mentor more junior team members
