Responsibilities

• Supporting young people with emotional, behavioural, and practical needs
• Encouraging independence and positive daily routines
• Following individual care plans and safeguarding policies
• Logging accurate, detailed reports after each shift
• Working collaboratively with your team and external professionals
• Completing a mixture of shifts (long days, short days, nights, evenings, weekends)

Required

• The Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
• 6+ months UK experience supporting children or young people
• 3 references (2 professional + 1 character)
• An Enhanced Child DBS (or willingness to apply)
• Flexibility to work varied shifts
• A valid Physical Intervention certificate or willingness to complete our Team Teach course
• Driving licence desirable, as many roles involve transport or community work
