Velotic is seeking a Senior Manager of EMEA HR to scale people operations across the region, reporting to the Global HR Business Partner leader. You will drive compliant, commercially-aligned HR strategies, lead industrial relations, and partner with global HR and senior leaders to enable Velotic's growth across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

The role requires deep French labor law knowledge, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a hands-on leadership style with the ability to execute.
