I am currently recruiting for an experienced Studio Assistant for an immediate start working on a 6 month contract (potentially to go perm) to work alongside a world leading agency team for a leading brand consultancy based in Marylebone. The Studio Assistant will work at the heart of the studio, contributing to all matters related to the administration and functionality of the studio, with strong focus on project and research archiving as an ongoing concern.
The ideal candidate will have experience working as part of a creative team. You will need to be organised, with strong time management and have an agile can do mind sight.
The main duties of this role will include, but not be limited to:
- Assist the London Executive Assistants, on all administration support and all aspects of operations.
- Calendar diary management, and extensive timezone management.
- Manage note taking, as and when required on behalf of the London Executive Assistants.
- Post management: Collections, deliveries and courier organisation.
- Maintain stock level management at all times. Ensuring office stationery, art supplies are ordered and stocked.
- Take care of clients needs by offering catering services (e.g. tea/coffee and biscuits) on behalf of the London Executive Assistants.
- Provide expenses support to the London Executive Assistants, as and when required.
- Research for creative inspiration outside of Closer, such as keeping on track with key global (including London) events, exhibitions, art fairs, cultural shows, immersive experiences.
- Provide the London Executive Assistants with gifting purchases for clients and staff, especially around birthdays, Christmas, and Client anniversaries.
- Liaise and monitor studio space with the Studio Manager, for when freelancers come into the office to work, as well as clients using the studio office for work.
- Assist Studio Manager and continue to keep a record diary of Closer talent annual leave, and always keep the Executive Assistant updated.
- Managing and monitor Closer boardroom activity.
We are looking for someone who has experience in GSuites, Keynotes, Microsoft Office and InDesign. Someone who is an excellent problem solver and has the ability to successfully navigate within varying degrees of ambiguity in a fast paced environment. You must be able to demonstrate ease of working on several projects and have a general interest in Fashion, Arts, Media and the Environment industry.
