My client is a well established family office based in beautiful and modern offices in Notting Hill, who are currently recruiting for a Private PA to join their small team. In this role you will be responsible for the smooth running of the principles home and lifestyle. Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Managing all household staff
- Property reinventions as and when required
- Managing all property expenses
- Multiple Diary Management - making sure all the families schedules are aligned
- Travel Management
- Appointment and Restaurant bookings
- Event Planning
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role and be able to work in an autonomous manner as well as working well within a team.
