My client is a brand agency, who works with Luxury and Lifestyle brands, based in the West End, who are currently recruiting for an experienced Office Manager/Receptionist.
This role will be the hub of a busy yet friendly studios and the ideal candidate will be used to working in a professional yet personable manner whilst under pressure.
The main duties of this role will include but not be limited to:
- Managing a busy front desk
- Greeting all internal and external guests
- Ordering any office supplies as and when needed
- Keeping the reception area presentable
- Helping to plan any office events
- Managing meeting room and studio bookings
- Liasing with outside contractors
- Helping to coorindiate office and desks moves as and when needed
- Adhoc support for the EA team
The ideal candidates will have come from a similar client facing role, ideally within a creative or luxury office.
