Velorum Partners is a technically focused search firm serving a diverse range of clients, including Hedge Funds, Family Offices, Endowment Funds, Traditional Asset Managers, and Investment Banks. Our primary focus is on senior investment professionals, covering both discretionary and quantitative strategies across all asset classes globally (Europe, US, Asia, and the Middle East).
We are currently looking to hire a Front Office Recruiter specializing in technical roles within the High-Frequency Trading (HFT) space. This position will involve recruiting Quantitative Traders, Machine Learning Engineers, and Software Engineers within this sector.
Requirements:
- You will ideally have 3+ years of experience working within the recruitment sector covering HFT firms, which at a minimum should include Engineers.

Additional:
The right person will be encouraged to take over the designated division after an agreed period. This is not the sort of position where you will be constantly micro-managed, so we would like you to have a mature attitude in regards to your time management. As a company, we are now in a phase of growth and are also interested in candidates focusing on other Front office areas.
