Netsuite & RF Smart System Administrator
We are seeking a proactive and technically capable ERP & WMS System Administrator to lead the administration, optimisation, and continuous improvement of Net Suite and RF-SMART across our pan-European, multi-entity wholesale and distribution operations.
This role will play a key part in driving process efficiency, standardisation, and operational excellence across warehouses, finance, and procurement functions.
You will act as a bridge between operational stakeholders, finance teams, and digital services, ensuring both Net Suite and RF-SMART operate as an integrated, scalable platform that supports business growth.
You will be supported by a wider internal team and external partners, including Net Suite and RF-SMART support services, while maintaining a hands‑on approach to daily system administration and improvement initiatives.
This position also offers the opportunity to support future international expansion projects, including the deployment of WMS solutions in new regions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- System Administration & Support
- Serve as the primary administrator for Net Suite ERP and RF-SMART WMS, managing configuration, permissions, and ongoing maintenance.
- Oversee integrations between ERP, WMS, and related business systems to ensure seamless data flow across operations, finance, and procurement.
- Monitor system performance and data accuracy, escalating issues to vendors or IT support when necessary.
- Provide end‑user support, troubleshooting, and training for both ERP and WMS users across multiple business units.
- Maintain clear documentation of system configurations, workflows, and process standards.
- Liaise with Net Suite and RF‑SMART support teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and adoption of new features or best practices.
- Performance Objectives
- Process Improvement & Best Practice
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across ERP and WMS processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and standardisation.
- Partner with stakeholders in operations, finance, and procurement to identify and implement process optimisations, ensuring system functionality aligns with business needs.
- Champion standardisation of warehouse and back‑office processes across all sites using Net Suite and RF‑SMART as the foundation.
- Evaluate system updates, new modules, and automation opportunities to enhance scalability and performance.
- Define and track KPIs to measure system performance, user adoption, and process efficiency improvements.
- Implementation & Expansion
- Support the rollout and optimisation of Net Suite and RF‑SMART across additional entities and countries, ensuring consistent configuration and best practice.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors on implementation planning, testing, training and go‑live activities.
- Coordinate change management and user adoption strategies to ensure successful deployment and sustained usage across regions.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience administering
- Net Suite ERP and
RF‑SMART WMS , ideally within multi‑entity or multi‑country environments.
- Strong understanding of
B2B wholesale and distribution operations, including inbound logistics, inventory management, order fulfilment, and financial processes.
- Demonstrated experience in ERP/WMS configuration, process improvement, and cross‑functional system integration.
- Hands‑on experience with
Net Suite operations processes , including finance, procurement, and inventory.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
- Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with technical teams, operational stakeholders and vendors.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages beneficial.
- Experience in multi‑site ERP/WMS rollouts and training programs.
- Exposure to mobile scanning, automation and warehouse analytics.
- Project management or process improvement certification (e. g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma).
- Experience supporting international expansion or system deployments across regions.
