A leading London property developer is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to take a central role in the delivery of site wide infrastructure across a major mixed use regeneration programme. This position suits someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering, development, and large scale place creation.
You will guide the strategy, design, procurement, and implementation of core infrastructure that underpins a complex urban development. This includes utilities, earthworks, drainage, energy networks, highways, public realm interfaces, and the coordination of pipes, ducts, tubes, roads, and wider enabling works.
You will act as a trusted advisor within the development team, ensuring the infrastructure offer supports phasing, commercial goals, and long term operational resilience. You will work closely with consultants, contractors, statutory undertakers, and internal stakeholders to maintain momentum across multiple workstreams in a live development environment.
- Management of site wide infrastructure strategies and cost plans, from early concept through delivery
- Oversight of procurement processes for infrastructure contractors, utility providers, and energy partners.
- Coordination of complex legal and commercial negotiations to protect value and secure robust agreements.
- Leadership of multidisciplinary teams across engineering design, delivery, stakeholder engagement, and approvals.
- Development of resilient utilities and transport solutions that support long term sustainability ambitions.
- Programme, risk, change, and cost management across multiple concurrent packages.
We are looking for someone with experience shaped by major regeneration or masterplan scale projects. Strong examples include profiles with backgrounds in:
- Civil engineering combined with client side project leadership on London estate scale developments.
- Direct experience delivering infrastructure packages, coordinating consultants and contractors, and navigating approvals with statutory bodies.
- Hands-on delivery of underground and surface networks, including utilities negotiations, diversions, and off site reinforcements.
- Engineering consultancy or contractor experience
- Strong technical grounding in civil or infrastructure engineering.
- Confident communicator who can represent the client perspective across design, commercial and delivery settings.
- Skilled at problem solving in complex, multi phased environments.
- Comfortable leading negotiations, managing interfaces, and driving delivery partners to high standards.
- Motivated by shaping places at scale and delivering long lasting infrastructure.
