I am recruiting an Investment Manager for an established, institutional-grade real estate investor and developer in London. The business is design-led, service-oriented and value-add in its approach, with a diverse residential portfolio spanning period mansion blocks, modern purpose-built homes and an expanding co-living offering.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the vision and asset management strategy for your portfolio, including future acquisitions
  • Drive rent roll growth, cost discipline and net income across property-level business plans
  • Lead refurbishment, repositioning and resident experience initiatives
  • Support underwriting, valuations and investment memorandums with your own commercial judgement
