We are seeking a proactive and reliable Logistics Operative to join our dynamic team. This role is central to our warehouse operations and involves a variety of responsibilities including packing, shipping, inventory management, and general logistics support.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the logistics team to support packing and shipping systems
- Pack hazardous materials in accordance with logistics protocols
- Load containers and secure crates for transport
- Ensure timely shipment of orders
- Restock shelves and manage incoming stock
- Accept, process, and pack incoming orders
- Count inventory and participate in reconciliation processes
- Accurately assess and record product returns
- Perform general administrative duties as required
- Monitor stock value and turnover
- Maintain transactional accuracy and timeliness
- Safely operate a forklift truck to move goods across the site
