With operations across the US, UK, China, and India, we’re seeking an experienced Group Financial Controller to lead our global finance operations and help build a scalable finance function for future growth. The opportunity Reporting to the CFO, you’ll lead all aspects of financial controllership, reporting, project accounting, audit, tax, treasury, payroll, and financial systems across our international business. What you’ll do Lead monthly close, consolidation, and management reporting under IFRS. Oversee US and UK accounting, monthly reconciliations, payroll, tax compliance, and statutory reporting. Manage project accounting, revenue recognition, and financial controls. Lead external audits and coordinate with tax and transfer pricing advisors. Manage 13-week cash flow, banking relationships, and financial risk. Review commercial contracts and assess financial implications. Advise on international tax matters and providing technical accounting guidance to all entities. Drive continuous improvement of NetSuite, Oracle EPM and finance processes. Lead and develop the UK and US accounting teams. Streamline financial processes and implementing scalable process
