We are currently looking for a proactive and organised Operations Support Co-ordinator to join our team in Scunthorpe on a 3-month fixed-term contract, with the role reviewed at the end of the period and the potential to become permanent for the right person. This is a part-time role (20–25 hours per week), ideally 10:00am – 2:00pm Monday to Friday, although some flexibility can be offered.
Key Responsibilities
- Booking accommodation for operators working on contracts
- Ordering materials for ongoing projects and contracts
- Raising purchase orders (POs)
- Taking minutes during meetings and distributing notes where required
- Providing general administrative support to the operations team
- Assisting with day-to-day office coordination tasks
Requirements
