We are currently recruiting Class 2 (Category C) Drivers for our client based in Houghton-le-Spring. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business within the automotive sector, offering a long-term assignment with regular Monday to Friday hours and competitive rates of pay.
The Role
- Driving a Class 2 curtainsider vehicle between two local automotive manufacturing sites
- Transporting automotive components safely and efficiently
- 8-hour shifts Monday to Friday
- Minimum 2-month assignment, with the potential to be extended
- Straightforward, ongoing work with a consistent shift pattern
- Pay Rate £16.53 - £17.93 per hour
Requirements
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) Licence held for 1 year or more
- Valid Driver CPC Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous experience driving curtainsider vehicles is beneficial but not essential
- Professional, reliable, and safety-conscious approach
